Meet Our Team
Sydney Lepak, RN, BSN
Sydney Lepak is a cosmetic dermatology nurse specializing in injectables, laser treatments, regenerative aesthetics, and skin rejuvenation. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, she is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results that enhance their confidence without looking overdone.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Sydney began her nursing career in pediatric cardiac critical care before transitioning into dermatology and aesthetics. She joined Jerdan Dermatology & Laser Institute in 2022, where she trained extensively under Dr. Jerdan and developed expertise in cosmetic injectables, laser technologies, and advanced aesthetic treatments.
Sydney believes every treatment plan should be personalized, focusing on facial harmony, skin health, and long-term results. She is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree and remains dedicated to ongoing education and innovation in aesthetic medicine.
Outside the clinic, Sydney enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake with her husband Matthew and their doodle Millie, and cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners.
Nohemi Velasco
Nohemi Velasco was born and raised in Austin, Texas and is now in Oklahoma City, where she has been a part of our team since June 2022. She has always enjoyed the medical field, and wants to pursue a career in Sonography. In Nohemi’s spare time you will catch her enjoying her time with family, friends, and walks with her Doberman, Rambo.
Amanda Esparza
Amanda Esparza was born in Florida and has lived in Florida, Mexico, and Colorado. She made Oklahoma City her home in 2023 and promptly joined the Jerdan Dermatology team, having worked in the medical field prior.
Amanda has expressed how since she was young she has always wanted to become a doctor. While residing in Florida she started her academic journey with her goal to become a physician. She has since obtained her Associate’s degree in Biology and is currently working on obtaining her Bachelor’s in Biology. As a hobby, Amanda enjoys her license in beautifying brows: microblading, laminating, and tinting. Since joining our office she has strived to make everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk in our office door, from patients to the mailman to her co-workers/staff.
When Amanda is not in clinic she enjoys sharing her time with her husband Alfredo, family and her two dogs Atlas and Flaco. She loves to cook while listening to her favorite music and also reads, watches movies and documentaries in her spare time. Amanda has a passion for traveling and likes to bring her husband and dogs along with her. She hopes to one day own a business with her husband and grow their small family.
Lindsey Willy, PA-C
Lindsey Willey is a Board Certified Physician Associate. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with her bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences in 2007. From there she received her Master’s degree from the Physician Associate Program at OU Health Sciences Center. She graduated with honors as one of the top in her class.
She has maintained both her state and national certification for over 15 years.
When she joined Jerdan dermatology in 2024, she came with over a decade of experience in Aesthetic medicine. She specializes in injectables and laser science. Since joining our team, her skillset is a natural fit into both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
Her desire is for patients to feel confident in their skin while staying true to the patient’s features. She utilizes well rounded treatment approach when creating a plan for each patient.
Outside of work, Lindsey is married to Brent and they have four kids. They enjoy staying active and spending time together as a family.

Audrey Hardiman, Office Administrator
Audrey Hardiman is an Oklahoma native with more than eight years of clinical and administrative experience in dermatology, including MOHS surgery, general dermatology, and cosmetic dermatology. As Office Administrator, she brings a unique combination of clinical knowledge and administrative expertise to support both patient care and practice operations.
Her educational background includes nursing studies and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy Studies, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of patient-centered care and wellness. Audrey is passionate about physical and emotional health and strives to make a positive impact on every person she encounters.
Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, health and wellness, and spending time with her family.
Cher, Clinic Mascot
Cher is Dr. Jerdan's first child and her companion in clinic. She often keeps to herself in her dog bed, although she has never turned down a loving pat on the head or helped a patient through a tough procedure. If you have an aversion to pets, we ask that you schedule your appointment on Wednesdays when Cher is at doggy daycare, otherwise she is quick to love on you!
